Refund and Cancelation Policy

As a company policy, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for cakes and perishable items, unless an error has been made with your order. In the event that an error has been made, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the reasons why you are unsatisfied and any photographic evidence of issues with the bake. We will try our best to remedy the situation, but there is no guarantee. Any attempts to return/refund/exchange perishable items after the 24 hours time period expires will not be honored. We do not offer full refunds or accept any for our bakes unless there is an issue where we are found to be at fault.

 

As taste and texture are subjective, we would not offer credit, money back, or a percentage off for these as reasons.

 

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages to bakes once it’s delivered or picked up. If you notice any damage by the time you receive it, please do not accept or contact us immediatly.

 

If you collect your bake from us, we cannot be held liable for any damages to the cake or products once they have left our premises. When you collect a bake, please ensure that your vehicle has a flat surface and is clean and tidy. Our cakes can be very fragile, so we advise to drive slowly and ensure that your cake cannot move around in the vehicle.

 

We will always endeavour to deliver within the given time slot, however as sometimes we can use a third party delivery service, delivery timings can not be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries and any delivery complaints will be forwarded to our delivery service provider.

Online Ordering Policy

Copabakery offers the abbility to order from us online. Prices will be identified as you place your order. Minimum order amounts may apply. Prices, discount and special offers are subject to changes without previous annouciment. Any applicable delivery fees, cancellation fees, taxes and other amounts due in connection with your order will be identifies at the time you place your order. There may be limits on quantity of order placed on our site.

 

You are responsible for check your order in advance, by means of selection of products, quantities, information provided, including contact and delivery address when applicable, and payment option made available on this Site at the time of ordering. If placing a custom order, please check and ensure all details are provided and noted before you confirm your order. Cupom codes must be added during checkout and may be subjected to quantities applied per purchase. Please check your order before you confirm your purchase to ensure everything is correct. Delivery Policy

We take pride in our customer service at Copabakery which includes not only the quality of our products, but also the reliability of delivery. In order to ensure our quality of service, we require that any cancellations or adjustments to your order be made at least 24 hours prior to your delivery for online products and 48 hours for custom products.

 

Please note

·       Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed

·        We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes

·        A valid phone number and delivery address are required

·        Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed. Please contact us for more information on timeliness or delivery.

 

For residential deliveries: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will call the recipient to see if it is acceptable to leave the purchase there. In the event that the recipient is unable to receive their order, the full monetary amount of the order will still be charged. If you notice that there is an error in the recipient’s address, please contact us to you to remedy the error at least 1 hour before the delivery time.

 

For business/school deliveries: The delivery person will meet the recipient at the front desk, reception or at the front of the building. If the business location is closed at time of delivery, please indicate so on your delivery request and will meet you to receive your delivery outside your building.

 

Please note that depending on the delivery location and time, the delivery person may not have a parking spot available and it may be requested to the recipient to meet the delivery person at the front door of the building or house.
